Adriana Edith Larrea Valdivia<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<div class='ekit-heading__description'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Obtuve el grado de Licenciada en Qu\u00edmica por la Universidad Nacional de San Agust\u00edn de Arequipa (UNSA), Per\u00fa, en 1993. Ese mismo a\u00f1o inici\u00e9 mi labor docente en el Departamento Acad\u00e9mico de Qu\u00edmica de la misma universidad. Soy Mag\u00edster en Ciencias con menci\u00f3n en Qu\u00edmica y Doctora en Ciencias y Tecnolog\u00edas Medioambientales, grado que obtuve con felicitaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<br \/>Entre los a\u00f1os 2012 y 2022, me desempe\u00f1\u00e9 como jefa y directora \u2014en diferentes periodos\u2014 de la Unidad de Producci\u00f3n de Bienes y Servicios LABINVSERV, adscrita a la Facultad de Ciencias Naturales de la UNSA.<br \/>Cuento con amplia experiencia en las \u00e1reas de medio ambiente (contaminantes atmosf\u00e9ricos, tratamiento de aguas residuales), desarrollo de adsorbentes naturales y, especialmente, en el estudio de micropl\u00e1sticos en diferentes matrices ambientales. He desarrollado investigaciones sobre la identificaci\u00f3n, cuantificaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de micropl\u00e1sticos en agua, suelo, aire y biota, con un enfoque en la evaluaci\u00f3n de su impacto y riesgo ambiental.<br \/>Actualmente soy Profesora Principal a dedicaci\u00f3n exclusiva en la Universidad Nacional de San Agust\u00edn de Arequipa y coordinadora del Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n, Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico e Innovaci\u00f3n (CIDETI), desde donde lidero el estudio de micropl\u00e1sticos en la cuenca del r\u00edo Chili y la evaluaci\u00f3n de los riesgos ambientales asociados.<br \/>Asimismo, mantengo una activa colaboraci\u00f3n internacional con la Universidad de Purdue y la Universidad de Oklahoma (Estados Unidos), con las cuales desarrollo investigaciones sobre calidad del aire y modelamiento atmosf\u00e9rico. Tambi\u00e9n colaboro con investigadores de la Universidad de C\u00f3rdoba y la Universidad Nacional del Sur (Argentina).
